1. Items received within 30 days  from the delivered date.

2. Items received unused, undamaged and in original package.

3. Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.

Return & Exchange instruction

If you are not satisfied with the product received from smartarduino.com, please contact our customer service as soon as possible (ASAP), mail online chat to ask for return address. Send us the tracking number when you returned your items, we will refund or exchange your package.

If you received the items which are not you ordered, please take some images and show to our online chat ASAP, we will resend the right one to you immediately.

Attention: we can’t accept the exchange or canceling after your order has been shipped.
